Embracing Purpose, Paying It Forward

We are all here for a reason, and navigating that purpose while embracing the ups and downs is what life is all about. The universe conspires for every win and victory of ours. While on the path of this so-called life, we cross paths with so many people, all for a reason. Every encounter, big or small, serves a purpose and teaches us something. While we should celebrate our successes, we must also acknowledge the energy and resources the ecosystem has invested in our journey, and Pay It Forward by passing on the kindness to others in need. Paying it forward is a means to express our gratitude to society, the environment, and the ecosystem.

With a limiting mindset, or rather, a selfish approach to life, we are accustomed to doing things for ourselves and are too engrossed in our busy lives and routines to care about our surroundings—people or things that we may be touching unknowingly. But this is not the way to live our fullest lives. As individuals, paying forward is integral to our existence. It is a rare opportunity that allows us to repay kindness by helping others. Consider it like a ripple effect because good deeds and acts of kindness only grow exponentially and hold the power and potential to make the world a better place.

For our CEO and founder, Subash CV, MCC , this belief is very close to his heart, something he truly connects with. Having been at the receiving end of the transformative power of free education during his formative years, he is passionate about paying it forward in a meaningful way. For him, supporting the very cause of free education is not merely a corporate social responsibility; it's a heartfelt commitment to mark his gratitude and a desire to empower and uplift others.

At Regal Unlimited, we strongly believe in making a positive impact on the world and support the cause of Free Education through Each One Educate One (e1e1) Foundation. The E1E1 foundation is the manifestation of the Sri Sathya Sai Educational Institutions Alumni’s collective intent to pay it forward through Free Education. It aims to deliver free quality education to the doorstep of rural India, which also aligns with Subash’s personal commitment to the cause. Through our collaboration with E1E1, we strive to empower thousands of underprivileged communities by providing access to educational opportunities that can transform lives and uplift entire generations.

While we continue to pay forward, the business end of Regal Unlimited sustains us and fuels our motivation to contribute to the rise of excellence in the form of professional coaches, the very individuals who perpetuate this chain of empowerment. The first month of FY 24-25 was exceptionally thrilling for all the right reasons. We empowered, guided and witnessed the growth of numerous aspiring and seasoned coaches. It’s a proud and joyful feeling to have played a part in their success. We are delighted to share some of the achievements, reaffirming our commitment to fostering growth and development.

Empowering Coaches on their Journey to ICF certification

With our recently concluded Chennai Cohort in partnership with Swaminathan .V , we had the privilege of mentoring and uplifting individuals through their journey to become certified coaches with the Regal Coaching Certification for ICF Level 1.?We also had Priya Sundaram ( ICF PCC) handle a couple of sessions for the learner-coaches!

Among them were a few participants who had joined our Leader As Coach (LAC) program - Suresh Kumar Dahal, Navin Timilsina and Nirmal Kumar Shrestha. They were highly inspired and motivated by the quality and support of our LAC programme, so much so, that they decided to continue with their ICF journey with our Chennai batch.

Such stories are fulfilling and inspire us to keep going. We have new batches of the Regal Coaching Certification for ICF Level 1 and Level 2 coming up soon.

The RCC L1 batch is an Online Batch starting on 25th May 2024. It promises to be a Kickstarter and serves as a robust foundation for your coaching journey.

For those dreaming about achieving the next level of ICF credentials, our upcoming PCC batch is a must.

Starting on 6th July 2024, this In-Person Batch of RCC L2 allows you to engage with expert trainers, network with fellow coaches, and build lasting connections within the coaching community.

We Miss You, Fussy

Our beloved Fussy, the most loved and irreplaceable member of the family, has left us.

“Was it her time?”, I questioned.

Though my mind reluctantly nodded a yes, my heart was in disbelief.

Fussy was my best friend, my companion, who never asked for anything in return. The purest and the most divine connection there can ever be, was with her. How playfully she used to run to the door to greet me, kiss me, and hug me whenever I got back home can’t be forgotten. From Fussy stealing bones from Jack’s container to her comforting presence and warm, furry and pawwy vibes in my room, all these memories are worth dying for, and for living in a world without her.

An innocent soul, her departure feels so untimely. But Oh, so is life. She wasn’t supposed to but was destined to. Because maybe, she deserved a better place. I trust she is in one, where she’d have found peace.

Your pawprints have left imprints on our hearts forever.

Regal Unlimited Runs for E1E1 at TCS Majja Run, 2024

Regal Unlimited proudly sponsored and participated in the TCS 10K Majja Run in Bengaluru on April 29th, 2024, in support of the wonderful cause of free education. Subash CV, MCC , Adv. Anirud C , Bhavani Jois , Soundaria Lakshmi , Miriam Korula , Sonia S. and Rishav Paul completed the Majja Run successfully!

With this run, we raised funds for Each One Educate One, which helps to provide quality, free, and holistic education to children from rural and marginalised communities.

We are also grateful for the support extended by aidbees , Prashanti Goswami , Krishna Mohan and Each One Educate One Foundation for this wonderful partnership!

Many of these children are the first in their families to attend school, demonstrating the transformational potential of education. While some may consider this an accomplishment, we feel there is no greater sense of fulfillment than this.

Together, let’s set the road for a future in which every individual has the opportunity to flourish and make meaningful contributions, paying it forward with every step.

We go beyond the legal requirements for Corporate Social Responsibility. With the severe water stress in Bengaluru, from the month of May, our tree plantation efforts will be redirected towards the city of Bengaluru. We are looking for partners who can help us Make Bengaluru Green Again!

We continue to make strides in free education, nutrition, animal care and tree plantation. This will only continue with each following year exceeding the current year's targets.
