I really want to share something with you that I am super passionat about.??

As you might have guessed, it has to do with breakthroughs, maybe yours??

When people make a decision that they want to change they often will put in a lot of hard work but still do not see the transformation they were hoping for.

Why?

Let’s take a look at the truth behind transformation.

Let’s strat by understanding who and what we really are. Self-definition, the power of a growth mindset, and the importance of envisioning your future self.

Our spiritual selves have unlimited potential versus our 3D selves, so we need to start by not just thinking of ourselves as our physical bodies.?


One major obstacle we face is that we judge ourselves by who we were, we have this common tendency of defining ourselves by our past. This mindset limits our potential and prevents us from exploring new possibilities. We should not let our past dictate our future, for example how one's taste in food can change over time, in so many areas of our lives change and growth are natural.

Have you ever looked back at an old photo and wondered - “Why on earth did I wear that!’


Taking a closer look at the fixed versus growth mindsets can help you to understand that you can transform. A fixed mindset is where you believe you are only capable of what you've proven in the past, this hinders growth and transformation. On the other hand, a growth mindset allows you to believe you can learn and grow into whatever you want to be.?


You can shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, this shift is key to personal transformation.

In this video I will share a personal anecdote about attending a book club meeting for a book I hadn't read. It is amazing how this experience was part of my journey to adopt a growth mindset and try new things.?

I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new every day,? this can help break the cycle of predictability and stimulate personal growth.


My three key steps to accelerate personal transformation:


  • Create a Vision of Your Future: Create and connect with a vision of your desired future every day. This vision should be as grand and imaginative as possible, and it should inspire excitement and motivation.
  • Decide Who You Are Going to Be: I encourage you to decide who you want to be and what parts of your past selves you need to leave behind. This involves identifying thoughts, behaviors, and reactions that no longer serve your future selves and consciously choosing to let them go.
  • Act in Accordance with Your Future Self: It is so important to make decisions and take actions that align with the vision of your future self. This involves constantly course-correcting throughout the day to ensure that your actions align with your future vision.

Practice gratitude and view every experience, even challenging ones, as opportunities for growth.
