It's a week to honor the incredible value of teamwork in delivering exceptional customer service and to emphasize the importance of bridging generational gaps. As a millennial boss leading a team composed of 70% Gen Z members, I've witnessed firsthand the undeniable strengths that this generation brings to the table. It's time for us, the older generations, to not just embrace but fully harness the potential of the Gen Z workforce.

The Gen Z workforce is unlike any that has come before. Born into the digital age, they possess a natural affinity for technology, adaptability, and an innate ability to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape.
