Embracing the Pleasure of Supporting Others

Since I was a child, I was taught to respond with "It's my pleasure" when someone thanked me for my assistance. Back then, I didn't fully grasp the concept of finding pleasure in helping others.
Recently, I had the opportunity to collaborate with two inspiring G100: Mission Million Global Chairs to turn their visions into reality.
When Beena Unnikrishnan , G100 Global Chair for Arts Leadership and Films, reached out to me ahead of her Trip to Cannes, I immediately went on working alongside her and organised a stop in Luxembourg during her Europe Tour to showcase her remarkable project, "64 Yogis."
The results? Two key gatherings in the sector of Arts and Pay Parity in Luxembourg I wouldn't have organised so quickly!
These gatherings provided unique platforms to engage in conversations about arts and pay parity with professionals and public institutions in Luxembourg.
I meet new people, widened my network, created links with some decision-makers in Luxembourg, and developed a new project (watch out for this!).
As the Global Chair of the Pay Parity & Corporate Transformation Wing, this encounter has opened doors for future collaborations and initiatives with European public institutions and national politicians that I will soon unveil, and impacted my work.
When my colleague and dear friend, Mar. Introini, PhD Introini, Global Chair for Global Networking, reached out to me with an invitation to her inaugural G100 Global Networking Meeting in Spain, I wholeheartedly accepted and gladly extended my support.
It felt only natural for me to contribute further by not only speaking at the event but also serving as a co-organiser and co-moderator.
In collaboration with my contacts, former colleagues, and acquaintances in Spain, I successfully identified an incredible venue for the G100 Global Networking event—the Oficina del Parlamento Europeo en Espa?a —courtesy of María Andrés Marín I have been in touch or a couple of years.
I took the opportunity to moderate a fascinating panel discussion on the "Power of Communications". In the process, I had the privilege of working with some amazing speakers whom I hadn't known before. Together, we exchanged ideas and developed our shared vision of the transformative power of communications today.
So, indeed, it was my pleasure to support Mar and others. The joy derived from supporting others goes beyond the satisfaction of organising a conference—it strengthens and expands our relationships and networks.

By mobilising our networks to help others achieve their goals, we ultimately gain more than we give.
Therefore, I express my gratitude to Mar for reaching out to me and allowing me the opportunity to contribute and support her. It truly is my pleasure to be a part of this collective journey. Now I really understand the meaning of this expression!
Let's continue to embrace the pleasure of supporting one another and witness the incredible transformations we can achieve together.
