Salma

My marketing internship at Paragon made me able to apply my theoretical knowledge in practical situations. I have learned a lot about content creation , videography, video transitions and script writing.

What made it different is the culture and workspace of paragon . It has significantly impacted my experience positively. The environment was supportive and collaborative that encouraged teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing as feedback was given regularly.

Rana

As I reflect on my internship experience at Paragon Developments, I am filled with a sense of gratitude and accomplishment. Working within the marketing team as a media designer, I started a journey that not only enriched my skills but also provided invaluable insights into the dynamic world of marketing and design. In this blog, I aim to highlight the unique aspects of my internship at Paragon, showcasing how it has significantly differed from any other internships I've undertaken before.

Throughout my internship, I had the privilege of digging deeper into various aspects of media design, from conceptualizing marketing campaigns to executing visual assets across different platforms. The exposure to diverse projects provided me with a holistic understanding of the marketing landscape, complementing my academic knowledge and major in media design.

One of the most significant learning opportunities I encountered was the chance to collaborate with professionals across different departments. By working closely with individuals from marketing, sales, and product development, I gained invaluable insights into the interdisciplinary nature of the industry. This cross-functional collaboration not only enriched my skill set but also broadened my perspective, equipping me with the versatility required to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

My three weeks internship at paragon!?

First, the atmosphere at Paragon was amazing. Everyone was friendly and supportive, making it feel like a real community. I didn't feel isolated like in some other internships; I was part of the team, working on projects and learning. It was a truly rewarding experience that helped me grow.

As talking about growth, the learning opportunities at Paragon were endless. I didn't just do busywork as I had meaningful tasks contributing to actual projects. From market research to social media reels, I got a taste of every aspect of marketing. This hands-on approach was invaluable, and giving me a real-world perspective.

The culture at Paragon played a huge role. The marketing department encourages creativity, and pushing us to share ideas. This collaborative environment pushed me out of my comfort zone, and building my confidence. The workspace itself was modern and designed for interaction, making work a joy each day.

Finally, This internship has shaped my future career goals. I'm more determined to pursue a career in marketing, using my skills to make a real difference.
