She spoke about the fear of seeming scattered when, in reality, we are simply using our diverse gifts and talents. Gracefully Productive Coaching & Consulting is dedicated to providing executive coaching, training, and facilitation for businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. Our mission is to empower leaders and organizations to thrive by offering personalized coaching and strategic guidance that prioritizes the human experience. This company was born from my lifelong study of leadership and a deep-seated belief in the necessity of leadership development that embraces a human-centered approach. At Gracefully Productive, we are committed to building wise, well, and winning leaders.

A Commitment to Student Success

At the same time, my commitment to higher education and student success led to the founding of Holistic Higher Education Solutions, my very first company, established 12 years ago. This venture reflects the successes, failures, bumps, bruises, and frustrations of a first-time entrepreneur. Although I shelved it several times and stared with contempt as it sat on the shelf in my mind, I couldn’t let it go. It has gone through several pivots, rebrands, and name changes. But at its core, it remains focused on supporting colleges and universities to improve college completion and institutional excellence. From enhancing student retention to building the next generation of higher education leaders, we aim to foster more equitable and effective educational environments.

While managing these two initiatives may seem overwhelming at times, it reflects my embrace of my experience, my purpose, and my journey. As I grow as an entrepreneur, I'm challenging my fears of how I might be perceived, breaking out of my timidness, and stepping into a new season of boldness and courage.
