Embracing Multidimensional Thinking to Foster Collective Growth of our Business Community

In today's fast-paced business world, it is essential for professionals to embrace multidimensional thinking as a cornerstone of their approach. As astute individuals, we are aware that we are part of a larger collective called human society, which possesses a conscience beyond our own. Nevertheless, our ego often leads us to believe in our autonomous existence, fostering a misguided notion of separateness and an incessant pursuit of personal survival.

Undeniably, the ego plays a crucial role in our collective survival, yet it is also responsible for our tendency to covet and claim ownership to an excessive degree. We have gone so far as to extend the concept of possession beyond physical objects, encompassing thoughts, knowledge, wisdom, and ideas. International laws have even been created to protect these individual possessions, granting individuals the ability to claim rewards, monetary compensation, recognition, and personal pride.

Ironically, when we take a step back and examine this perspective, it appears utterly absurd. In my personal reflection, I realize that most of the things I once possessed are no longer mine: my childhood toys, my first bicycle, my initial car, and even my first girlfriend. Similarly, the thoughts and ideas I have had, many of which I shared freely, have not been charged for or sought recognition. This introspection triggers a revelation: am I once again succumbing to my two-dimensional thinking, enslaved by my ego and perceiving only myself as an individual pitted against the collective society?

What if nothing truly belongs to us? What if the material possessions we believe we own are merely granted to us for a finite period of enjoyment? Furthermore, what if thoughts and ideas, like everything else, already exist and we are merely vessels through which they manifest, after which they cease to be ours? Could it be that our brain functions as a colossal receptor, attuned to capturing ideas from the quantum realm surrounding us, rather than generating ideas of its own as we have always assumed?

People tend to adopt one of two mindsets, and one of them is significantly more conducive to learning than the other. The first mindset, which I refer to as the "Bi-dimensional comprehension brain," involves the belief that one's abilities are predetermined and unalterable. It assumes that intelligence is fixed, that one is either proficient in mathematics or not, and that social skills are innate. On the other hand, the second mindset, which I label the "Multidimensional comprehension brain," embraces the notion of continuous growth and improvement. It embodies the idea that we can always enhance our capabilities, acquire new knowledge, and evolve. Extensive research has shown that individuals possessing this growth mindset exhibit significantly greater aptitude for learning compared to those with a fixed mindset.

The concept of the "Multidimensional comprehension brain" is refreshingly straightforward. It signifies a mindset that acknowledges the existence of endless possibilities, constantly seeking that additional step, considering additional options, and exploring the infinite. Nurturing this mindset liberates us from the constraints imposed by our ego, our physical bodies, our subconscious, and the programs embedded within our genetic makeup. It challenges conventional notions of time, beginnings, and endings.

Yet, the pivotal question lingers: does our brain truly generate its own ideas, or is it more likely that our brain acts as a sponge, attuned to the energies of its quantum surroundings? If we consider thoughts and ideas as energy waves, it seems plausible that our brain tunes in and connects with them. It assimilates vast amounts of data, countless thoughts and ideas, and through the intricate web of billions of neuronal connections, it contemplates, deciphers, and amalgamates, crafting new compositions akin to mathematical formulas. These compositions are then recognized as our ideas.

However, let us not overlook the fact that knowledge and wisdom are meant to be shared with all. The notion of individuals claiming exclusive ownership, rewards, money, recognition, or withholding information for personal advantage is nothing short of egomaniacal lunacy, exerting power over others. Instead, embracing the ethos of multidimensional thinking compels us to foster collaboration, innovation, and the collective growth of our business community.

In the dynamic landscape of modern business, adopting a multidimensional mindset is not a mere option but an imperative. It allows us to transcend the confines of our ego-driven thoughts and perceive the interconnectedness of ideas and the vast possibilities that lie beyond the realm of individual ownership. By embracing this philosophy, we can unlock our true potential, foster innovation, and build a harmonious, prosperous future for both ourselves and the collective human society we are privileged to be part of.
