3 个月You're right dear Zen, I believe embracing mindfulness in our daily lives can have a profound effect in our lives leading to unity , mindfulness can cultivate compassion, empathy, and understanding, bridging gab between individuals and community, in a personal level it will enhance growth, self awareness allowing us to recognise areas for improvement and develop emotional intelligence, practicing mindfulness improves productivity, focus concentration and time management, great effectiveness and efficiency, enhance communication, active listening strengthen bonds with others, improve physical well-being, mental and spiritual growth to incorporate daily mindfulness in our lives we start with small steps 5 to 10 mins exercise as meditation or deep breathing be consistent ideally at same time daily , be kind with self remember is a journey not a destination, try body scan meditation, walking or mindful movement, bring mindfulness into tasks like eating, showering or driving, by embracing mindfulness you'll unlock a powerful tool for transformation leading to a more harmonious productive and fulfilling life. Benefiel Reading your article twice I say that what you suggest is for all of us to be in the NOW for whatever they do whether it is eating, thinking or other daily activities. To do and reach this healthy living practicing mindfulness early in the day is quite rewarding. It relieves us and lowers our stress and prepares us to be in the NOW. Digesting information is similar to digesting information. They share quite a lot of commonalities that I covered few years back in a SlideShare presentation. So, as daily mindfulness helps us digest food it shall also help us in digesting what we read, what we think about. I find your mentioning of the advantages of mindfulness are extensible to all activities.
