In the fast-paced world of leadership, prioritizing self-care often takes a back seat. As a spiritual teacher and advocate for holistic wellness, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of this practice on both physical and mental well-being. I am a big fan of One Pot meal, that has all what I need mind, body and soul - and I like to keep it real simple.
?? The Essence of Mindful Eating: Mindful eating isn't just about what we eat; it's about how we eat.
It's about approaching meals with intention, presence, and gratitude. You have to be present in totality - with all you senses, feeling, smelling, touching and experiencing the food you are eating, becoming one with the food as it will become one with you once it enters you.
For me, embracing a diet rich in Sattvic foods—those that are clean, fresh, and minimally processed, vegetarian —has been instrumental in fostering clarity and vitality.
