I had a right side facial collapse, lost my hearing, eye sight and balance, stroke and collapsed. My EU registered support dog(French bulldog) bayli was whining on my throat, I couldn't see when I pressed last call. I'm struggling and feel like I'm drowning. I'd like to contribute as I try to grieve and make sense of why its all happened and what I can do to help others, raise awareness and try to change the attitudes and stigma surrounding mental health as unfortunately being from Yorkshire, English I'm just bypassed and given a wide birth having mental health x
