?? Embracing the Lab Life: A CEO's Journey ??

When a potential customer asks for data – We must deliver, and we will.

Excited to share a little glimpse into my journey as a CEO in a start-up company, where I've found myself back in the lab, much like my days during my Ph.D. ??

The fascinating part of being an entrepreneur is that the learning never stops. While my role involves strategic decision-making, sales, team leadership, and driving the vision of the company, I firmly believe that a hands-on approach is crucial – in particularly when resources are short and all team members must take on various tasks.

That's why I find myself rolling up my sleeves and getting back into the lab.

Reminiscing about my Ph.D. days, the lab was where I honed my skills, fostered creativity, and pushed the boundaries of knowledge. Returning to the lab as a CEO feels like coming full circle. It's an opportunity to apply that same scientific mindset, passion for experimentation, and hunger for discovery to our start-up's objectives and challenges.

Being in the lab allows me to engage directly with our product, understand its intricacies, and iterate swiftly. It keeps me connected to the core of our innovation, fosters a deeper understanding of our technology, and reinforces our commitment to excellence.

Moreover, it sets a precedent within our team. By actively participating in the lab work, I encourage a culture of collaboration, hands-on problem-solving, and continuous learning. It showcases that every aspect of our venture, from the boardroom to the lab, is a shared endeavor, each equally vital to our success.

The lab is where dreams are born, and I am excited to be part of that journey once again.

As a CEO, wearing the lab coat isn't just a nod to my academic past; it's a reaffirmation of our start-up's relentless pursuit of innovation and the quest for a better tomorrow. All in search of creating the best value for our potential customers and seeing the company and team grow.
