As ICF celebrates Pride Month under the theme "Visibility Matters," we reaffirm our commitment to inclusivity—a cornerstone of our culture and a key driver of our success. Our diverse benefits package is not just about supporting employee health and well-being; it's about creating a workplace where everyone is acknowledged, represented, and empowered. Removing barriers to inclusive benefits
A workplace where everyone feels respected, included, and heard is essential for people to show up as themselves and do their best work every day. That’s why we offer a benefits package that addresses the diverse needs of all employees.
For transgender individuals, some of the essential care includes cross-sex hormone therapy, gender-affirming surgery, and behavioral health support, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need. Short-term medical leave is available to facilitate a smooth recovery process. LGBTQIA+ couples can access family support benefits that help cover costs for fertility and surrogacy, as well as adoption expenses.
Building a community of belonging
Inclusivity goes beyond physical and mental health. At ICF, employee community networks play a crucial role in fostering a sense of belonging. These networks, including our LGBTQIA+ Employee Community Network, offer spaces for employees to connect, share experiences, and grow together. Today, one in four ICF employees participates in at least one of these community networks.
Regular events such as networking sessions, mentoring programs, and discussions with keynote speakers help our employees build strong connections, celebrate diverse backgrounds, and support each other’s professional growth. This month, from LA to DC, London to Bangalore, and many places between, our LGBTQIA+ employee community network leaders and local champions are organizing meet-ups throughout June!

These steps ensure our processes and technology support a culture of inclusion and belonging.
