As I came across this profound quote today, it resonated deeply with my experiences as a strategic business coach and management consultant. Throughout my journey, working closely with numerous entrepreneurs, I've observed the transformative power that comes when an entrepreneur evolves alongside their organization.

In the dynamic world of SMEs & MSMEs, entrepreneurs often find early success but can inadvertently hit a roadblock. It's a common trap—believing that our wisdom and experience make us infallible. This is where the beauty of self-questioning and external feedback comes into play.

Here's my take on it:

1. Continuous Self-Questioning:

Entrepreneurs should dedicate time to question themselves regularly. What went right? What went wrong? Where can I improve? What's the next strategic move? Self-reflection is a powerful tool for personal and professional development.

3. Create a Supportive Network:
