Embracing Growth: Reflecting on FY23's Triumphs and New Horizons

It’s that time of the year when plans are churned out in rapid succession, and the new financial year beckons with tremendous promise. While the sun sets on FY23, I wish to raise a toast before it slips off into the past tense.

For me, the last 12 months were about leaping out of the mundane, working with wonderfully committed people, and learning from awesome opportunities. So here are my Top 5 highlights!

#1 — I had a rollercoaster ride as I planned and executed two batches of PMP for the coolest team at Sprinklr, the PMO! and partnered with an even bigger set of people for their PRINCE2 Agile Certification. It was thrilling working with the most hardworking and focused people I have interacted with in a long time! Thank you Nishanth H M and Chethan BV you made it all seem easy.

# 2 — Amidst the flurry of writing, editing, and reviewing content, I had the opportunity to work with two of the most empathetic and dedicated behavioural skills trainers I know, Neha Saxena and Shreya Chaudhary . You and your teams touch the lives of Sprinklrites every day, kudos to you!?

#3 — At a personal level, I moved the needle from a Beginner to a Practitioner on the Sprinklr Platform. I attended live training, watched recordings, and deepened my once-smattering knowledge of the fantastic Sprinklr products? — Sprinklr Services, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Insights, and Sprinklr Marketing. The more I learn, the more there is to know, and this AI-powered platform is only growing smarter at making the customer experience un-siloed.

#4 — I got my PMP with 3 AT, after five months of hard study that taught me to persevere. Thank you Sprinklr for this phenomenal opportunity and thank you Krishnakumar Kuppusamy for being a fantastic trainer. The Project Management Institute website reinforces my PMP Certification ever so often and I couldn't have asked for a more structured, insightful space for continued learning.

#5 — I decided to put my learning on project management to the test and was recognized by LinkedIn as a Top Voice in Project Management. Thank you Arun Babu for pointing out this opportunity from LinkedIn.

Along the year I made plenty of friends who gave of their time selflessly, who inspired me quietly and were exemplary human beings. Thank you Swati I , Aaditi Khandare , Archana Sarah Linson , Kavita Srivastava , Nishanth H M for being exceptional friends.

From April, I look forward to new beginnings with Stacy Kornluebke, MBA at the helm of an expanding team, and cheers to more learning, greater challenges, bigger contributions, and an opportunity to be a much better version of myself!
