Embracing the GRAY

My daughter has thick, dark hair (which I sported myself in the past!).? My mom has good looking silver hair. I am in-between with gray hair emerging. I have a confession: I wasn't exactly thrilled at first.
The daily mirror check turned into a mental calendar for my next dye job. But then, six months ago, I hit a turning point. Can I accept the true color of my hair?
This became a chance for self-discovery. What was it about the gray that bothered me so much? Gray hair is often seen as a mark of wisdom in men, so why not for women too? Who defines what beauty looks like?
Slowly, I started to appreciate the unique in-between shade my hair was taking on. It wasn't black, it wasn't white, it was simply mine.
This journey taught me a valuable lesson: acceptance.? We often crave black and white answers in life, but the truth is, there's a beautiful spectrum of gray in between.? And once we embrace that gray, it's incredibly liberating.
So, here's to the in-between! It might just be the key to unlocking a whole lot of freedom in our life, too. Life is rarely black and white. We often find ourselves navigating the in-between stages, both in our careers and personal lives.
