How can we as managers promote success and avoid failure? Let’s first list remote work’s benefits and challenges. Then in the next article we can think how to implement it optimally.

Working from home lets employees choose when they want to work. This helps them balance their work and personal life better. People could adjust their work hours to the personal schedule and habits. Some prefer to start the workday in the early morning, others afternoon or later. Families with children may have time to take the children to kindergarten or school. Working from home helps employees balance their work and personal lives. This makes them happier at work, less stressed, and overall healthier.

Many workers say they get more work done when they work from home. This is because they don't spend time traveling to work, and they can focus better in their own space.
