But just like embarking on a road trip, the roadside dhabas, restaurants, and petrol pumps we encounter do not alter our destination. They may cause delays and require us to spend some time, but ultimately, we reach our goal because the journey is measured in kilometres.
Unlike other journeys where success alone is the measure, we often lose faith, courage, or interest in persisting until the journey is complete. That's why it's crucial to make our thinking practical, choose the right purpose, and make informed decisions for ourselves.
This message is especially relevant to students, freshers, job seekers, and newly minted-entrepreneurs. Remember that failure is not the end, but a stepping stone on the path to success. Embrace the journey, learn from every setback, and keep moving forward with unwavering determination. Trust that your destination is within reach, and let the failures fuel your growth.

1 年Very Nice Article And a good initiative to inspire young generations ,but still I have one burning thought on how much we ourself take courage to inspire the people who are failing . Isn't the fact that many times we ourself discourage people with whom we are associated or our friends or relatives by only giving words and practically we leave them on their own Destiny. In your article " None to Someone " gives a good insight on encouraging "Individuals "who felt setbacks or hardtimes during their professional or personal journey but if we take a pause and think once, if we would have encouraged and abide by "Team Spirit" to let an "Individual " ,who is "None" Feel that he is the part of a Great Team where each one will Grow along with the Team Grow then we could have coined this Phrase as "One to Everyone". I caught this newsletter in a Good Spirit to sparkle your thought ahead and will take a pledge to read your newsletters with such new thoughts. I feel very excited and motivated when read your such thoughts and your ways of innovative ideas.
