Embracing equity in internal comms???

Hey there! Being that it was International Women's Day this week, I am taking?the ?? mic from Greg and?hosting this week's Roundup. This week provided a perfect moment to reflect on women's hard work and sacrifice in the continuing fight for equity.

It's a day that also generates?debate about what individuals and organizations should do and say, and that extends to internal comms too. In Gallagher's State of the Sector report, DE&I was the second most frequently communicated topic in 2022,?and I know from personal experience that IWD has become a focus for internal events and comms campaigns. So this week I've lassoed a couple of stories about IWD in the workplace, along with the usual comms capers. Let’s dive in!?
