Embracing the Entrepreneurial Journey

I have worked in many different places and with many different people.

I have worked as a dishwasher.

As a computer lab attendant.

As a construction worker.

As a quality assurance analyst.

As a management trainee in an India-Japan JV company.

As an Executive Director and Board Member in the JV company.

As a management trainee in my family business of garment exports and manufacturing.

As a Managing Director in my own garment exports and manufacturing company.

And now as the Founder and Coach in my Business Coaching and Consulting company.

And soon I will be a cloud kitchen owner.

I have worked in the USA.

I have worked in India.

I have closely worked with people in different parts of Europe.

I have closely worked with people in Japan.

I have closely worked with Business Owners in India and the USA.

That’s 20+ years of my career.

It took 15 years to find MY THING.

To find my calling.

To do something I am naturally good at and never get tired of doing.

I have had crazy months where I have made insane revenue and profit.

I have had crazy months where I have lost it all.

I have had moments when I wanted to keep going endlessly.

I have had moments when I just wanted to quit.

That is what the journey looks like.

And that is ok.

To all the crazy entrepreneurs out there.

Your journey is your journey.

Be ok with that.

Don’t compare it to someone else’s journey.
