1 个月Absolutely! Particularly being in logistics I see first hand the white, middle-class male dominance and am glad to be seeing the shift coming but there is still a long way to go with it. It isn't just a training course that people click through and forget about. It needs to be ingrained in the culture and promoted to ensure #Diversity in candidates and equity in opportunities.
