Elevating the enterprise procurement experience through improved user interfaces and user experience is vital for successful digital transformation. Modern solutions offer flexibility, configurability, and swift implementation, all of which contribute to efficiency gains. In contrast, adopting complex and cumbersome systems that end-users resist can be a costly and inefficient endeavor.
