Great guide Catherine Aung. My perspective is that Digital Transformation itself is not a strategy, but it is a critical lever in a more holistic, strategic transformation of an enterprise. As you say its not just about technology and tools, so any transformation will need to be embedded culturally and organisationally including processes. You ask for insights, and mine would be every journey starts with a small step and a conviction to start, but to complete the journey requires patience and ultimately persistence..... with the odd pivot along the way.
