In my first weeks in this role, I’ve had insightful conversations with colleagues to understand their perspectives on the digital archive.

And what a challenge it is! I thought my previous experience in a commercial archive required energy and innovative thinking, but the digital archive for a church is on another level.

This challenge excites me because I thrive on finding solutions to complex problems. Working in a traditional institution wasn’t for me.?

I wanted something dynamic. And I’m glad I chose this path.

?I’m genuinely engaged and looking forward to what’s ahead.
