When I was in school, the head of the art department was adamant that I should go to art school. "No, I want to be a lawyer," I replied. But she insisted, saying, "You are going to art school." Her determination led me down that path. She told me that my grades didn’t matter; I would do something meaningful with my studies.

I heard exactly what I needed to hear.

Even now, I’m amazed at how much I still love art. I had no idea back then. Art was my escape, a world where I could use my imagination freely. In class, I’d get lost in this creative vortex, only to resurface when it was time to clean the paint palettes and brushes and safely store my work to dry.

SOme years back, a friend told me how incredibly creative I am. The words from both these women resonated deeply with me — not because they were right or wrong, but because their energy spoke to me on a profound level.

Energy doesn’t lie!

Standing here at the dentist, wings spread behind me, I feel the connection to that creative force. These wings represent my journey—one of resilience, imagination, and the freedom to soar. They are a reminder that my creativity is an integral part of who I am, a gift I continue to share.

It's true, I am creative, but creativity alone isn’t enough to make a profit—otherwise, stores like Woolworth’s would still exist. Instead, new incarnations of those businesses have taken their place. I want it all, and I want it all now—no reincarnations. I wouldn’t mind coming back, but only if I succeed this time around.

Support is crucial. Do you agree? Ultimately, it’s not really about the money. The real challenge is releasing the thought patterns that hinder our ability to make sound decisions, ones that bring truth and deeper self-care into our lives.

The reality is that you need others to get the most out of life. You can go fast alone, but making a deeper, more significant impact requires a community. We think it’s about money, but paid support is often better. Haven’t you noticed that you’re more likely to attend a paid event, even when you’re sick, because you don’t want to waste the money?

We think it’s about money.

Free resources are great for getting started, but a deep dive often requires a financial exchange—it’s one of the highest expressions of commitment. And no, money isn’t the root of all evil. People have done evil without money and for free. The money part is something we can cultivate a relationship with.

I never realized I was keeping God away from my purse. I thought I had to figure it all out on my own. Once I realized that was NEVER going to happen, I let go of the brainwashing around my spending and my relationship with money. I started to see the benefits of working with others who had the genius and know-how I needed.

In fact, just listening to myself and being heard was part of the initial miracle. It’s far too easy to carry on in silence, thinking it won’t catch up to you. But eventually, the silence will shout, “BOO, wake up!”

• Your doctor
• Joining a group
• Therapy
• A retreat
