Embracing the change

So many impressions still going through my mind about the recent trip to Japan. Reading two books about cultural backgrounds (culture map by Erin Meyer is what I recommend) and many months of prepping went into this meeting. We did talk about nurturing our growth mindset, about personal development and company future all focused around helping our customers to the best of our ability in this world of increasing volatility. And we created our own vision based on ifm's philosophy on how we would get there.

Gratitude is what I feel the most, Gratitude for my company, allowing me to travel and contribute to the development of colleagues and the subsidiary. Allowing me to learn and grow. Thank you. #personaldevelopment

Being back home in Perth now, I have time to think, talk to friends and colleagues about what I experienced. I am very happy.
