What do skilled trades workers want? Similar things to what many modern-day workers want: the flexibility to advance at work and grow professionally, says Brooke Weddle, McKinsey & Company senior partner and co-author of the McKinsey report “Tradespeople Wanted: The Need for Critical Trade Skills in the U.S.” Hear her elaborate in this clip. The problem?
