My journey with anxiety began in shadows, unnamed and unrecognized. It was a silent whisper in my daily routine, a quiet turmoil that I couldn't quite understand or articulate. This period was marked by confusion and an internal struggle, a sense of being lost in my own mind. Anxiety, then a stranger, manifested in restless nights and inexplicable worries, making ordinary days seem insurmountable.
As time passed, these feelings began to crystallize into something more tangible. Moments of self-realization dawned upon me, often in the quietest hours of the night or in the midst of daily chaos. It was a bittersweet enlightenment, acknowledging the presence of anxiety but also feeling overwhelmed by its reality. This phase was a turning point, a step towards understanding myself and the shadows that trailed me.
With realization came the responsibility of action. I slowly introduced lifestyle changes aimed at managing my anxiety. My story is a testament to the power of self-discovery, the healing nature of art, and the strength found in vulnerability.
