Solutions have existed before AI to sift through thousands of resumes. Ai does this on a much grander scale. Recruitment is a necessary option but there is another side to the story. It has to do with up-skilling and re-skilling.?In an era of scarce skills in newly released advances in HR technologies, or for any other new technology releases, there will always be a scarcity of skills as there is an awareness and learning process involved in acquiring new skills. These are the one that recruiters are after but with scarcity, the alternative is seriously being adopted by companies that want to always be workforce ready.
