  2. What are some of the external pain points my target customer might be experiencing?
  3. What are some of the internal pain points my target customer might be experiencing?
  4. What might you suggest to help me better create a message that resonates with the internal pain points of my target customer?
  5. Is there anything else, based on articles or research, that has been done on the above identified target customer in my vertical that I should take into consideration?

Practical Tip: When exploring your target customers, let AI be your ally. By asking questions like "What are some of the external pain points my target customer might be experiencing?" and "What are some of the internal pain points my target customer might be experiencing?", AI reveals invaluable insights to build authentic connections.

Strategy 2: Creating Relevant Content for My Market

With my target customer insights in hand, I move on to crafting content that truly resonates. AI once again comes to the rescue with ChatGPT 3.5 or 4's prompt engineering. Here are some additional questions I ask for content development:

  1. What are the topics from the last year, by month, that are discussed most in the _______________ industry based on industry-specific articles and market research? Can you share those with me on a month-to-month basis according to the desired content that can be shared?
  2. Based on these topics, how do they relate to the internal pain points of my target demographic? What aspects might I discuss on Social Media that would cause the most amount of organic engagement?
  3. Can you give me specific topics that might resonate best with the internal pain points of my target customer?
  4. Create a list of 15 to 20 topics that will bring the most value to my end customer.

Real-World Results: Leveraging AI to craft compelling content has transformed our reach. We witnessed a 40% decrease in how much time it takes to create content for our company within just three months! This has given us more time to execute and deploy content, and less time thinking about what to post and when.

Strategy 3: Leveraging AI to Craft Powerful Headings

ChatGPT and prompt engineering are taking the average business owner to new heights. I feel like all of our technical and non-technical staff are using it on a daily basis - from troubleshooting, to planning, to strategizing. I am really intrigued by the possibilities of LangChain and AutoGPT. Tools like those take AI to a new level by giving a large language model (LLM) like ChatGPT to interface with other programs and services. It is like giving arms and legs to the model to be able to do things outside of the system. For example, with ChatGPT combined with LangChain, you can have an action where if ChatGPT decides it needs to search the internet for the answer, it will use Google SERP plugin to scrape the data, return the results, and make a decision on it. Exciting times we're living in!

One of the coolest ways to augment those types of questions is to give the GPT a persona. For example, "As an investigative journalist specializing in _____, what would you say are the topics from the last year, by month, that are discussed most in the_______ industry..." I use this method regularly. My usual caveat: Fact check everything. ChatGPT makes things up and it can make it very convincing.
