What are you most excited about for the new year??

J: I'm looking forward to helping Swift Group employees grow, learn, and expand, while also seeking to increase our customer/client footprint. I think we have such a great team and we're ready to fly into 2024 with lots of success and confidence!?

B: Swift Group will celebrate its 20-year anniversary in 2024. I'm so proud of this company and the incredible Swifties who make it magical.

What is something that you have learned from the last year that you are bringing with you??

J: Slow down & listen!

B: Even when you love your job and it doesn't feel like work, there are days which challenge you and help you to grow. I look forward to continued growth and learning.

What word most embodies your 2024 mindset and why?

J: Enthusiasm - to me, it means energy, focus and fun - the approach I'd like to take for next year!?

B: Slay. I feel motivated to work hard, empower others, and be the best version of myself in every situation.
