I love this question because it leads right back to the industry we’re in: it’s all about trust and the balance between creating safe spaces together so gigantic goals can be reached and smart risk-affinity combined with a hunger for progress. At the core is transparency and connection and discussions on eye level so alignment can be created and recreated on the rocky road that is inherently part of building successful endeavors.

Collaboration of corporates & startups is a great opportunity for both to learn from each other. In my experience as a startup working with corporates, there is a lot to learn about decision-making, data protection, and process orientation.
