Embrace the News - March 2024
I hope you all had a restful Easter break. I spent time baking with my youngest daughter and enjoying the sunshine.
If you missed the news, I have launched a free recipe library on the Embracing Nutrition website. This resource hub is designed to provide both clients and newcomers with easy access to nutritious recipes, while also educating them on the health benefits of each meal.
You can explore a range of recipes, including gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, child-friendly, vegan, and vegetarian options.
If you'd like to see the 'healthy nests' recipe that I made this Easter, it will be posted in the library.
Now on to the rest of the news:
In this edition of Embrace the News I cover:

A functional medicine approach to naturally manage arthritis
Arthritis affects over ten million people in the UK. There are over one hundred different types of arthritis or arthritis-related conditions. Although arthritis is often connected with older age, some types of arthritis can affect younger people and even children. Healthcare providers typically prescribe painkillers, anti-inflammatories or steroid medications to reduce or suppress arthritis symptoms. However, these don’t address the root causes of the disease, or the factors contributing towards its ongoing progression. This article explores how a functional medicine approach can support arthritis sufferers. Read more here.
That's all for this month. If any of these subjects has resonated with you and you'd like to discuss your circumstances, reach out to me or the team.
