Embrace the News - January 2025
Congratulations, you’ve made it through January! The start of a new year can be challenging, with post-holiday blues, cold weather, and the pressure of resolutions. If you’ve been here a while, you’ll know I’m not a big fan of New Year’s resolutions—statistically, most don’t last beyond the first week. Meaningful change doesn’t have to start on January 1st.
True health and wellness come from sustainable habits, not drastic overhauls. Instead of rigid goals, I encourage you to reflect on what well-being truly means for you, because when you define it clearly, it becomes much easier to achieve and maintain. Most importantly, don’t wait for illness to be the catalyst for change. Taking proactive steps now can make all the difference.
On a personal note, I’ve had an extra challenge this month, moving home. My priority was creating a safe and healthy environment for my family. That’s why my first visitor was Pure Maintenance for mould testing and fogging, a crucial step in maintaining indoor air quality and overall well-being.
Now on to the rest of the news:
In this edition of Embrace the News I cover:

By the end of this article, you’ll understand some factors behind blood sugar control issues and, most importantly, how you can achieve a balanced blood sugar at any time of the year. Read more here.
