We're almost done with winter! There are only 20 days until spring begins and only 31 days until we are in British Summer Time. I know that winter can be a bit tough on us, physically and mentally, but as the sun starts peeking out more, I encourage you all to get out there and soak up that vitamin D. Breathing in the fresh air, feeling the sun on your face, and enjoying the beauty of nature can do wonders for your mood and well-being.
