The future of work has arrived, and it sounds like something out of your best sci-fi fantasy. Advanced technology means you could feasibly work from anywhere at any time - and so can your clients and colleagues. In fact, this remote-enabling technology brings us closer to people in distant lands.?

Yet, we all feel a little further away than we used to. Many of us are not socializing with our clients or colleagues in the way we once did. Do you have a friend from work? There's some distance between leadership and employees, despite an emphasis on more transparency and one-on-one meetings. We're missing those water cooler moments that could spark genius. We don't see our teammates' desks with the photos of the kids and spouse, so it's hard to think of them as anything more than their job title.?
