Why not tell others about FixTheWorld.4Good.Space

Intro: Our Life choices ??

In this election year, our choices in the liberal democratic rich world often seem starkly binary. Much like food, it's either nutritious and wholesome or ultra-processed and unhealthy. The middle ground is frequently exploited by micro-social media/celebrities, unregulated supplements and fad diets. ( RespInfluencer.4Good.space )

Despite numerous initiatives from the Gates Foundation, Skoll, Davos/WEF, Sun Valley, UN Global Compact, TED, and even Nobel Prizes, our global issues remain largely compartmentalised. There's a lack of interdisciplinary collaboration needed to truly solve these problems (& make themselves redundant!).

Major corporations like Alphabet (google) may adopt a multi-disciplinary approach, but their actions primarily benefit shareholders and can change unpredictably, for better or worse, as seen with Facebook and Instagram's impact on youth's mental health (or US election tempering ).

It's time to revisit Professor Stafford Beer's cybernetic theories (great archive fireside chat ) (love this profile by Rob Passmore, FRSA ), advocating for leaders from various disciplines to collaboratively improve governance, business, and society. If not for CIA orchestrated coup, we might have learned valuable lessons from Chile's potential alternative governance.

I'm inspired by President Lee Kwan Yew's tearful transformation of Singapore from an abandoned state of Malaysia to a quasi-democratic success, a model the West often overlooks. cc Danny Quah

When will we confront the dangerous trajectory of our society and take the hard steps to begin rebuilding towards a better future?

This newsletter aims to empower you to ask the right questions and propose actionable solutions. Let's join forces on WhatsApp, Telegram, or LinkedIn to collaborate and challenge each other to fix our world.

Help us to create

Help us to create 4Good.Foundation

We cannot do this alone. Let's join forces and create the non profit 4Good.Foundation (using your 20% down or work time, I might know your company's CEO, we can create that support for you), we empower people to create initiatives that improve personal, community, societal, and business life (you choose!).

Our goal is to make these initiatives so successful that they become redundant, solving the problems they were created to address. Join us in this mission by:

  1. Creating different Initiatives: Develop and launch projects that tackle real-world problems (that is important to you or your organisation).
  2. Collaborating: Work with others to amplify your impact (& measure the results & share it within the network & wider world).
  3. Measuring & formulate Success: Ensure every initiative is measurable and track its success, and formulate the interventions so others can emulate and adapt for their local culture/language/environments.

Together, we can & MUST #FixOurWorld, one action at a time. Let's make a +ve difference!

With hope and determination,

Let's FixTheWorld.4Good.Space together.. Join us.
