I’ve been there. For five years, I battled recurring burnouts as a neurodivergent individual. Changing careers, practicing meditation, attending therapy?—?they all offered some relief, but burnout still lurked around the corner. It wasn’t until I realized that burnout is a multi-layered issue that I found a way out. I have learnt that there are layers beyond just having too much to do, or being neurodivergent, or being a parent, or having a demanding career, etc. And complete recovery is possible despite those circumstances.
