Ai has been consuming a number of interactions of late with so many professionals seemingly stressed, confused and nervous of the future impacts of Ai, which made me reflect and then lead to my own investigations of Ai and my conclusion is that we either embrace & adopt Ai or find ourselves open for adoption.

Ai will impact how businesses are structured, the type of employees & leaders that are needed and what I have learned over time is that the workforce can change and can adopt to changes but it is typically when "we have to" versus taking "control of the change".
