We are revolutionizing the seamless customer experiences ADNOC Distribution offers by embedding AI-driven innovations throughout our service stations. For example, we will analyze an annual average of 220 million fuel and non-fuel transactions, along with external data sources, to develop advanced and secure models for creating business opportunities.
Practical applications of this exciting work include further developing our ADNOC Rewards loyalty program to provide its two million members with more relevant and tailored promotions by adapting to customers' evolving needs and preferences.
The outcomes are expected to further augment our existing customer favorites, such as Fill & Go – our service station innovation that uses smart cameras to recognize customers based on their vehicle registration plate, offering tailored services and promotions based on each individual's preferences and past purchasing history.
