Since earning accreditation from the Independent Schools’ Bursars Association (ISBA), we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with numerous new private schools and colleges. The ISBA stands as a vital support system for school bursars and business managers in independent educational institutions, ensuring they can provide top-quality education to their students.

Engaging with HR Managers

In our interactions with these educational institutions, we’ve primarily engaged with Human Resource Managers. Trust and transparency are at the core of our relationships with them, fostering open communication. Through these discussions, one recurring theme has emerged: the importance of refining the HR Recruitment Process.

Our new HR Forum idea aims to provide a space for sharing ideas, experiences, failures, and successes in a relaxed atmosphere. We hope attendees will find peer support and feel comfortable exchanging insights. Rather than planning out a series of events in advance, we’re eager to hear from our audience to shape the forum collaboratively.

Who Will Attend?

Who will be attending? We’re expecting around 25 HR staff from private schools and colleges in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Additionally, we’ve invited local HR and Culture experts, such as Desiree Culley from The Holistic People Collective , who are dedicated to helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential.

Event Details

The event will take place at Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa , starting at 15:00 and ending at 17:00. Refreshments will be available throughout the session.
