I am thrilled to share the exciting news that I have recently joined Axis Bank, and my induction journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. On the 30th of September 2023, I stepped into a new chapter of my professional life, and what followed was a 21-day induction program that left an indelible mark on my journey with Axis Bank.

Our induction, led by the dynamic duo of Smriti Mam and Aditi Hemgude , was a comprehensive and enlightening experience. Guided by their expertise, we delved into the intricacies of the banking industry, imbibing valuable knowledge that will undoubtedly shape our careers. A special shoutout to our supervisor, Namita, whose guidance and support were instrumental throughout the program.

The induction kicked off on a high note as we were presented with official laptops on the very first day at the Worli office. This not only symbolized the beginning of our professional journey with Axis Bank but also equipped us with the tools to excel in our roles.

Marking a significant milestone in our induction, we received our Employee ID cards on the 12th of October 2023 at the Airoli office. This moment not only added a tangible aspect to our association with Axis Bank but also instilled a sense of pride in being part of this esteemed organization.

The culmination of our 21-day induction was a closing ceremony on the 20th of October 2023, which took place at a vibrant cafe near the office. The event was a perfect blend of celebration and reflection, providing an opportunity for all of us to share our thoughts, experiences, and insights. It was heartening to witness the camaraderie among the team, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration.
