Embarking on a Journey of Transformation with Anil Sharma has been nothing short of inspiring.
It all began on February 25, 2024, when Anil Kumar Sharma expressed his desire for a lifestyle change. Together, we delved into identifying a key habit pivotal to this transformation and explored the underlying reasons driving this decision.
A week later, Anil bravely voiced his goal: to shed 20 kg of weight as his initial step. However, he continued to introspect, seeking clarity on his deeper purpose in life. Through this process, he discovered a longing to travel the world and recognized recurring patterns in his life. This newfound insight empowered him to pinpoint where to begin altering those patterns. With the release of emotional baggage, he gained confidence in his success, connecting the journey of weight loss to his life's purpose—a revelation that filled him with a newfound sense of purpose and determination.
On March 8, the breakthrough came – Anil publicly declared his newfound purpose and commitment to weight loss to a supportive group of colleagues. Thus, his journey commenced, with the scale tipping at 129 kg. The focus for the first week was gratitude, starting from the moment he woke up, acknowledging the gift of life amidst the fragility of existence remembering that about 250000 won't wake up today.
Fast forward to March 15, and Anil has already shed 4 kg, a testament to his dedication. He began by eliminating sweets made with sugar, but his efforts didn't stop there. In the second week, his focus shifted to mindful eating, recognizing food as nutrition rather than mere entertainment—a departure from childhood habits centered around cake, pizza, and soda. On March 17, he committed to hitting the gym at least five days a week, with each session lasting a minimum of one minute. Today, March 19, he kickstarted his mornings with a gratitude prayer at 7 am, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.

For many years I knew that my weight was increasing, but yet I was not able to do anything, the main reason for which was my shyness. Whenever I tried to do something like exercise or walking, I felt that people would laugh at me.
