Emapta also passed the ISO 27001 Surveillance Audit for its offices in the Philippines this year. Next year, both GEOS shall be subject to this audit.
Future expansion plans
Emapta plans to include more sites in the certification scope by next year’s annual ISO audit. This will ensure optimal data protection for clients, no matter which location they choose, giving them the flexibility to set up operations wherever best suits their needs.
Coming SOC2 certification
Emapta Latam is about to be attested for the SOC2 certification. If certified, Emapta Latam will be the first GEO outside the Philippines to be ISO 27001 and SOC2 certified.
