Whether you're working for a small-scale developer or a global multidisciplinary, understanding the utilities present on your site is both a vital stage of the development process and, more often than not, a long-winded and laborious undertaking. With emapsite's range of utility reports, we have you covered.

With our Utility Essentials and Utility Premium reports, we can provide you with information on the variety of different utility assets present on your site, giving you the confidence to proceed onto the next stage of your project.

Essentials or Premium... what's the difference?

With the Utility Essentials report, you'll receive information on all 5 key services from all major providers in the area. For example, this report will solely contain Telecoms information from BT, and so on. With the Premium option, you'll have data from local suppliers as well, making this the most comprehensive product we offer and also the most popular for large, complex sites. In terms of the cost, these reports start from ￡325 and ￡425 + VAT respectively.

That all sounds great... but how do I purchase the data that I need?

As with everything we do, we always put our customers first, meaning our data selection and checkout process is incredibly simple! Once you've created a free login on our system, head over to our Reports section and search for your site. You can then either draw your area using the various shape tools available, or upload an SHP file if you already have this available.

Once you're happy with this, simply click 'Utility Search Reports' (or 'Utility Singles' if an individual service is required) from the product list on the left hand side and select the relevant option that best suits your needs. Once you've added the product to your basket, you'll then be able to checkout quickly and easily, but naturally if you do get stuck please do let us know and we'll be happy to help! You'll be able to pay by card, however if it's more suitable for your requirements, we can also discuss the option of a company account instead.
