It’s great to see an important email signature topic getting attention on Toronto-based Citytv’s Breakfast Television (BT). The other presenters, Caryn Ceolin and Devo Brown, had differing views on formality and friendliness in email signatures. News reporter Caryn preferred a more official tone since she needs to be reachable for stories at any time. In contrast, sports and entertainment specialist Devo admitted he likes being "a little unreachable" and shared that his signature includes a high-five—though he hasn’t updated it in nine years!
