For two months, Client Agency struggled with email deliverability issues that were drastically impacting their marketing efforts. Emails were either bouncing or landing in spam, making it nearly impossible to reach their audience and convert leads. Despite trying several fixes, they couldn’t find the right solution to hit their email marketing goals.

That’s where I stepped in.

?? The Challenge The client’s email campaigns were suffering from low open rates, high bounce rates, and overall poor deliverability. Their marketing efforts were hamstrung because the emails weren’t reaching the intended inboxes. On top of that, they had big ambitions to scale their email volume, but these issues kept holding them back.

?? The Solution: Optimizing Email Deliverability with Go High Level After assessing the situation, I identified that the key to solving the problem lay in proper email authentication and setup. By implementing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM records, I was able to improve the client’s email sender reputation and ensure that their emails began hitting the inbox rather than the spam folder. We also set up dedicated subdomains specifically for email marketing, further enhancing domain health and long-term deliverability. Deliverability score was 4 out of 10 then fix their issue and Boom ?? for deliverability score 10 out of 10.


But that wasn’t all. We knew that resolving deliverability was just the first step. The next challenge was to create a scalable email marketing strategy that would allow the client to engage their audience effectively and promote their upcoming webinars.

The Strategy: Drip Campaigns and Webinar Promotions Once the email setup was optimized, we launched a webinar drip campaign, sending out Warm Up Emails 1500 per month for the 1st month after setup the deliverability and then go for 170K+ emails per month. These campaigns were strategically segmented to target specific audience groups, ensuring personalized and relevant messaging. With automated reminders and follow-up sequences, the campaign drove 140+ attendees to the client’s webinars, a significant boost from their previous efforts.

The results were immediate and impactful:

  • Deliverability Issues Resolved: With proper authentication and domain configuration, the emails finally started reaching their audience.
  • Email Volume Scaled: From struggling to send a few emails, we’re now at 170K emails per month, and we’re aiming to scale up to 400K emails per month in the next phase.
  • Increased Engagement: Over 100+ attendees in the first webinar campaign, a strong indication that the strategy was working.
