I'm also not going to dive into the science behind why I think email marketing still works.
Because it does.
But...
It's not as easy as it was before.
As you've probably experienced lately, our inboxes are full of emails we couldn't care less about.
It's getting more and more difficult to stand out through the noise.
However...
There's a way to stand out.
A couple, actually.

But if you really want to, and if you want to make a lot of money through email, here's what we are doing for our clients:

It starts from the moment people subscribe, and it continues all the way until they unsubscribe, stop being interested in the brand, etc.

Here's an example that has been a game changer for our clients ????
We noticed many ecom brands delivered their lead magnet offer within their Pop Ups. Even though this might seem to reduce friction, it's MUCH better to deliver the lead magnet offer via email.
That way, AT THE SAME TIME, we both improve deliverability and train our subscribers to open our emails.
They associate Value with our Emails.
Conditioning 101.
If we want our subscribers to open our emails, they have to feel as if they might miss something if they don't open our emails.
A way of creating this effect is to ACTUALLY send exclusive information via email.

3. Have a PREDICTABLE & CONSISTENT Email Cadence
Short and simple: send email campaigns at the same time so that people EXPECT to receive your emails.
We're not always able to do this, but we try to keep a consistent schedule
