Email Jail Is No Joke

It's been more than a minute since I wrote to you. But, it's a new year and I've turned over a new autumnal leaf. Seriously, doesn't the start of a new school year still feel like just as much a new year as January 1? Only better, because autumn!

My friend Scott Hartley did a couple webinars earlier in the year talking about the new rules and regs that Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo implemented to ... uh, make things more interesting.

But, it came to our attention that there's a lot more that the basics that everyone else covered back in March. Companies are experiencing some pretty expensive, dramatic chaos and catastrophic repercussions from not knowing or understanding the nuances of this new email era.
