  • Now that e-commerce businesses are becoming more expensive to acquire customers, people are finding cool ways to drive LTV forward as much as possible. Rewards points are a great way to incentivize multiple purchases and get customers to share your brand with others.
  • Example from Aura Bora. Firstly, I?love?the design of this email. It looks amazing and it looks seamless. I love that they have tiers as well, because people are inherently competitive. It's the same reason every person over the age of 30 is addicted to candy crush. It's the never-ending chase of having MORE. The same can be true for your brand if you say the right things to your customers.
