Help me help you ??

Let's talk

It's Sunday at 7 pm when I randomly remembered that I had to send my weekly newsletter ??

But I'm pretty sure that if I had forgotten to do it, most likely, no one would notice it.

And even those who would notice, most likely, wouldn't ask me why I didn't do it.

So, remember, no matter how consistent you are, it's okay to forget to do something!

It means that you're a human ??

For sure, as long as you're coming back on track later.

If not, maybe it's not what you have to do, and it's time to pivot ??

In case you missed it, here is what I've talked about this week! ????

In Today's Issue

  • How to turn your community into a secret R&D department
  • Community ROI podcast episode with Tiffany Oda
  • Why it's so important for freelancers to follow up
  • How Duolingo makes your life longer and happier

Let's Dive In ??

Community ROI

Your community is your secret R&D department! ????

Your users are already talking about what they need next, you just need to listen ??

?? Check out how to turn your community into an innovation engine ??

Community ROI podcast

The data tells that customers who actively engage in the community use the product more, upgrade more, and churn less! ??

In this episode of the Community ROI Podcast, I had a fantastic conversation with Tiffany Oda about how businesses can leverage community engagement to boost retention, drive product adoption, and fuel business success.

?? Listen to the full episode here ??

Mastering Freelancing

Success in freelancing isn’t just about being the most skilled! It’s about how well you connect with people, deliver value, and follow up! ??

?? Want actionable follow-up ideas? Check the full post here ??

Human Connections

Did you know that loneliness is as harmful as smoking 15 cigarettes a day? ??

It increases the risk of heart disease and stroke by 30% and even shortens your lifespan! ??

?? Here is how Duolingo makes your life longer and happier ??

If you're already here, please share your reflections with me, I’d love to hear from you! ??

And thank you for being on this journey with me! ??

Curiosity Corner

"And I probably infect others with the way I speak too. Infecting each other like this is how we maintain ourselves as human is what I think."

Excerpt from "Convenience Store Woman" by Sayaka Murata

Thank you so much Elaine Pofeldt and Ece Kurtaraner for recommending this book ??

I loved Duolingo for learning Spanish until I realized that they teach south-American Spanish instead of Spanish-Spanish. But using it for community support is an angle I never thought of, so thank you for sharing this Yurii! And I can't wait for 'my' podcast episodes to air, thank you again for having me!
